Novi Survat is Konkani (the language of Goa) meaning New Beginning or Fresh Start. The Charity was founded in 2003 to provide help within the community for the very poor and sick of Goa.

Objectives:

The relief of Poverty, the advancement of education and the preservation and protection of good health amongst those people in Goa, India who by reason of their social & economic conditions are in need of assistance.

Aims:

To provide the street children and the very poor with regular nourishing food, hold educational classes and see to their medical needs.

To assist other organisations working to ensure the needy children are provided with schooling, regular meals and medical attention.

To provide shelter, nutritious food, schooling, counselling, medication, recreation and above all loving care to children suffering from life threatening diseases. This includes a programme to provide a Care Home/Hospice within five years.
